Gutters: pull leaves and debris out of the gutters

Siding: power rinse vinyl siding to remove mold or dirt. Wood siding can get a paint touch up

Windows & Door Screens: replace or repair screens with holes and clean windows inside and outside for buyers to see a clean view

Roof: inspect the roof for any missing, loose or damaged shingles that need to be replaced or schedule an appointment for a roof inspection

Deck or Porch: check the deck or porch for a weather treatment or re-staining. Check railings for sturdiness and fix if not secure

Sprinkler System: replace or fix any valves that are leaking or not working properly

Landscaping: curb appeal and landscaping is important. Trim bushes/trees, clean up leaves, remove weeds, lay new bark and add a colorful pop with some new flowers

Bathrooms: inspect the caulking around the base of the shower/bath and sinks. If it has deteriorated, seal cracks and joints from the intrusion of water and to give the surface a clean look
